BYROE Glow Points is an exclusive loyalty program designed to reward you for all of your support! Membership is complimentary and you earn points every single time you shop at byroe.com or engage with us on social media. You can then easily redeem those points online for exclusive perks and discounts. BYROE Glow Points has 3 tiers - Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your tier is based on the amount you spend on qualifying byroe.com purchases within a single calendar year. For example, when you join you are automatically placed in the Bronze tier but once you spend over $500 you will be upgraded to Silver.  If you spend $1,500 or more on qualifying purchases during your first year, you’ll be automatically upgraded to Gold.  To earn points and unlock benefits at any level, you must: Be logged into your account on byroe.com when you make a purchase, and Shop for qualifying items (like regularly priced products) on byroe.com Interested? Joining is easy! Just click “Create a store account” via the pop up window located at the bottom left corner of the website that says “rewards.” Once you have completed that step, you have officially signed up for BYROE Glow Points! Please keep in mind that the following cannot be used to earn points and rewards: Gift cards Sales tax State fees Any purchases made with coupons or discounts Other exclusions as specified by BYROE

Each tier has different benefits and rewards some of which include VIP access to sales and promotions, and even exclusive access to our Tester Panel! Rewards are unlocked based on your annual spend. You’re eligible for those rewards once you reach a given level no matter how many points you currently have. Rewards can only be redeemed here on byroe.com.

Yes. BYROE Glow Points do expire 365 days after being issued. This means you have one year to make sure you redeem your points towards valid purchases on byroe.com before they expire.

We’re sorry but you cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue points for previous transactions. You must have been enrolled in the program at the time of purchase to earn points.

You can earn BYROE Glow Points by completing the following activities: Join BYROE Glow Points: New customers who sign up automatically receive 500 points to get them started! Completing Your Profile: Finish setting up your profile to earn 50 points. Purchases: For all qualifying purchases you make on byroe.com, you earn BYROE Glow Points to use towards your next discount. The points you earn differ depending on your membership tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). For example, Bronze earns 5 points per $1, Silver earns 5.5 points per $1, and Gold earns 6 points per $1. Social Media Login: Login in to your BYROE Glow Points account via social media in order to gain an additional 250 points. Share Our Products on Social Media: Earn 100 points when you share one of our products on social media [Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Pinterest.] Share on Facebook: Share a byroe.com link on Facebook to earn an additional 100 points. Instagram Follow: Follow us on Instagram to earn 150 points. Write a Review: Already purchased a product from us? Share how much you love it for an additional 200 points. You can also earn an additional 100 points by leaving a Photo Review. Celebrate A Birthday: It’s your day and you deserve an extra special gift: 1000 points! Spend over $250: You earned it! Spend over $250 and gain an additional 1000 points.

Your balance refers to the points you have available to redeem rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem and increases with each task you complete.

You can review your current points balance via the pop up window located at bottom left corner of the website that says “rewards.” Sign into your account and then you will see a section that says a number and then the word “balance.” This refers to how many points you currently have.

It’s super easy!  Just click on the “Earn Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. Click on the “redeem” button and you will be provided a discount code to use towards your next purchase. You can then redeem this code directly at checkout.  *We will mail any physical rewards to the address you provided.
