UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) RETURNS

We want you to feel confident shopping with BYROE. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We offer complimentary return shipping for eligible domestic returns requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
To start a return, please contact info@byroe.com with your order number and details.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligible Purchases

  • Only products purchased directly from Byroe.com are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Items purchased from other retailers (including subscription boxes or third-party stores) must be returned through the original point of purchase.

Unopened Products

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Unopened products are eligible for a full refund once received and inspected.

Opened Products

  • Once a product has been opened or the seal broken, it can no longer be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
  • “Opened but unused” items are considered opened and are not eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may occur when:

  • A product has been opened
  • Shipping and handling services have already been fulfilled
  • Promotional items or gifts-with-purchase were included

Shipping fees and gift wrapping services are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Bundles & Sets

  • Bundle sets must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
  • We are unable to accept partial returns or exchanges of individual items from a set.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Expired upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Empty or nearly empty products
  • Products that have been tampered with or refilled
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or theft after delivery

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

Final Notes

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take several business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
