Orders
CHECKING ORDER STATUS
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
BYROE account holders may also sign into their account on BYROE.com to view order status updates. When contacting Customer Service, please reference your BYROE Order Number and, if available, your tracking number, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process. If you need to cancel or have questions about your order, please contact BYROE Customer Service as soon as possible at info@byroe.com.

BYROE.com accepts the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
All credit cards must have a U.S. billing address. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders at this time.
USING PROMOTION CODES
From time to time, newsletter subscribers may receive exclusive promotional offers.
- Promotional codes must be entered at checkout on the Cart page
- Only one promotional code may be used per order
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or sitewide discounts
- All promotions are valid only on BYROE.com
Discounts are applied prior to order confirmation and cannot be added after checkout.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax regulations. Tax calculations may vary depending on your location and are determined at checkout.
EMAILS RELATED TO ORDERING
All order-related communication is sent via email.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see these emails.
