UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer domestic shipping within the United States via USPS.
The shipping method selected is determined by the weight and destination of the package and will display an estimated delivery window at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), typically ship the same business day.
  • Expedited orders placed before 3:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), typically ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Please note that delivery timeframes include processing time and are estimates provided by the carrier.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping covers faster transit, not faster order processing beyond stated cutoffs.
  • If an expedited shipment is delayed due to carrier issues, shipping fees may be refunded, but product costs are non-refundable unless the order is lost or damaged.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

BYROE is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Missed deliveries due to access issues (e.g., gated communities without codes)

If your order shows as delivered but was not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) RETURNS

We offer complimentary return shipping for eligible domestic returns requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a return, please contact us to receive a pre-paid return label.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligible Purchases

  • Only products purchased directly from BYROE.com are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Products purchased from other retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.

Product Condition

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Empty or nearly empty products
  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or refilled

Opened products are not eligible for resale due to hygiene and safety standards and may only qualify for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Bundles & Sets

  • Bundle sets must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
  • Partial returns or exchanges of individual items from a set are not accepted.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees and gift-wrapping services are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, missing items, or expired upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Personal Damage Disclaimer

BYROE is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including items that are:

  • Dropped
  • Spilled
  • Stolen
  • Misused
  • Improperly stored

Such items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
