BYROE Limited Warranty
BYROE warrants to the original consumer purchaser that any BYROE product purchased from BYROE.com or an authorized BYROE reseller will, at the time of delivery, conform to the product specifications listed on the website or packaging and be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions and in accordance with product instructions.
Who May Make a Warranty Claim
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser in the United States who purchased the product from BYROE.com or an authorized BYROE reseller.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.
Purchases made through third-party retailers, subscription services, or international sellers are subject to the return and warranty policies of the original point of purchase.
Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for three (3) months.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery and does not serve as a product satisfaction guarantee. BYROE may modify the terms of this Limited Warranty at its discretion; however, changes will not apply retroactively to prior purchases.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage caused after delivery, including theft or accidents
- Changes in product appearance or texture due to normal formulation behavior
- Products that have been altered, refilled, or tampered with
This warranty does not cover issues related to product expiration after opening or changes occurring beyond the stated shelf life.
Shipping Damage & Expired-on-Arrival Products
Products that arrive damaged, leaking, incorrect, or expired at the time of delivery are not considered warranty claims and are handled under BYROE’s Shipping & Returns Policy. Please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@byroe.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Product details
- Description of the issue
BYROE may require the product to be returned for inspection and reserves the right to approve or deny claims. Products returned without written authorization may not be accepted.
What BYROE Will Provide
If a claim is approved, BYROE will, at its discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund or store credit for the purchase price
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under this Limited Warranty.
Limitation of Liability
BYROE shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, sale, or failure of the product. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This Limited Warranty is the sole express warranty offered by BYROE. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the Warranty Period stated above. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
