We worked with our lab to create an entirely new facial oil experience that works for all skin types. If you look a bit closer you’ll notice that the Pear Serum Oil has little spheres suspended within the formula which are encapsulated oil droplets. Encapsulation works by creating a protective layer around the active ingredients — in this case — oils and dew enhancers allowing it to slowly activate upon application. This works two-fold to increase absorption by feeding the ingredients deep within the upper layers of the skin and by providing you with that refreshing, lightweight finish.
In our formula, those spheres contain a combination of jojoba oil and glow matrix which includes diamond powder, ceramides, turmeric, and EGF boosting barrier function and skin clarity for healthy, glowing (but not shiny!) skin. It’s an experience that defies skincare logic by turning oil into a refreshing, serum-like finish with absolutely no sticky residue.
