We get asked ALL of the time — why salad? We’re here to break it down!

When our founder and CEO, Amy Roe first started attending Columbia Business School in NYC she noticed that her colleagues were always grabbing a salad for lunch or dinner as a quick and easy way to supplement their diet. People these days are incredibly health-conscious especially when it comes to their diet. This inspired Amy to apply the exact same logic to skincare.
